Notes are taken about the client’s previous treatments, preferences, any allergic reactions, or adverse results, medical and health history, and to customise your preferences to deliver a service that causes you no harm. You can request this information at any time.
Your personal details, your email address and phone number are used for reminders and notifications of your appointment, communications, billing, and mail chimp email marketing. You have the option for opting in or out of email marketing via online bookings and the new client digital consultation form. You can also request to change this option at any time, to opt in or out of marketing.
Google calendars sync with timely, this is optional for you to sync your confirmed appointment via email to google calendar when you receive your email confirmation for your appointment.


Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter some Personal and health related information, and medical history we may not be able to provide Massage Therapy, Body and Holistic Therapy services.
